The EICRs have been a legal requirement since July 2020, these give peace of mind with regards to electrical safety for tenants and landlords alike. We service Ashford and the surrounding area.

I've been a Fully Qualified Electrician for 30+ years. My work experience ranges from all types of domestic, commercial and industrial. During this time I have tested many properties, to say the least. My qualifications include City and Guilds Testing and Inspection 2391, plus BS 7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Therefore, my qualifications are all fully up-to-date.
I will ensure that all of your electrical testings will be carried out under strict guidelines for your peace of mind.
